GHU Press operates based on one clear conviction: knowledge should be accessible and published in a legally sound manner.
When publishing Dr. Hamer’s work, we fully respect applicable copyright law. When an author dies, copyrights are transferred – in accordance with applicable inheritance law – to the rightful heirs or to the person to whom these rights have been legally transferred. The rights holder is entitled to the royalties arising from publication and sales.
In addition, we recognize that translators also have their own rights. Legally speaking, a translation is an independent creative work. Translators are entitled to protection of their work and to fair compensation.
Our Approach
GHU Press operates with care and transparency. Royalties arising from the sale of publications are properly accounted for and set aside for the rightful beneficiaries. We pay royalties to the person legally identified as the holder of the relevant rights. Until there is complete clarity on this matter, the relevant amounts are managed separately.
