Tonia Nijenhuis

Tonia Nijenhuis (1959) is a physical therapist specializing in Manual Neurotherapy. She worked as a therapist for more than thirty years, focusing on conditions such as whiplash. Since 1989, she has been deeply involved in Germanische Heilkunde and studied directly under Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer in Cologne for many years.

Tonia Nijenhuis was personally appointed by Dr. Hamer as the official translator of his work. Among other things, she translated the Scientific Table of Germanische Heilkunde from German in Dutch and co-presented international lectures with him. Her area of specialization is pregnancy, mother, and child.

Together with Casper Rutten, she leads the Dutch-language training program at the International Academy of Germanische Heilkunde.

Biography

Education:

  • 1981: Graduated from the Academy of Physical Therapy in Deventer.
  • 1984: Course in Foot Reflexology with Hanne Marquardt in the Black Forest, Germany
  • 1987: Completed training in Manual Neurotherapy with Walter Froneberg in Mönchengladbach.

Professional Experience:

  • From 1987 to 2014, worked as an independent physical therapist with a practice specializing in manual neurotherapy, with a focus on whiplash. Worked for several years as a physical therapist in a psychiatric hospital.
  • Worked as a physical therapist at the Arbeitskreis für Vorsorge und Sozialmedizin in Dornbirn, Austria. Duties included individual physical therapy and equine-assisted therapy with children with disabilities
  • 2022: Launch of the International Academy for Germanische Heilkunde, where she served as the first instructor

Translations

  • First Scientific Table of Germanische Heilkunde, in close collaboration with Dr. Hamer. At that time, it was still a poster. (1992–1994)
  • Cancer and Cancer-Like Diseases (1993)
  • Translation of modules and webinars on the theory of Germanische Heilkunde. Commissioned by Helmut Pilhar, Dr. Hamer’s right-hand man. (2020–2022)
  • New translation of the German and French Scientific Tables of Germanische Heilkunde, now in book form (2023–2025). For this Table, the French and German editions have been combined and supplemented with Dr. Hamer’s latest discoveries from the book *Mein Studenten Mädchen*. This edition is now the most complete and accurate Table. In collaboration with Casper Rutten.
  • 2024: Cancer and All So-Called Diseases. In collaboration with Casper Rutten.
  • Interview with Dr. Hamer. (2026) This is the revised translation of *Cancer and Cancer-Like Diseases, Psyche, Brain, Organ* (1993).

Initial Phase and First Contacts (1989–1992)

1989: First introduction to Germanische Heilkunde through Dr. Hamer’s books *Cancer, Disease of the Soul* and *Legacy of a New Medicine*
1990: First meeting with Dr. Hamer in Cologne (Sülzburgstrasse 29)
1990 (fall): Participation in a seminar led by Dr. Hamer in Namur, Belgium
1990–1996: Very regular study visits to Dr. Hamer in Cologne and private visits in Bergisch Gladbach

In-Depth Study and Verifications (1992–1996)
1992: Present during the verification of New Medicine at the University of Düsseldorf (Gelsenkirchen)
1992: Multiple private contacts with Dr. Hamer (including support for his back pain related to conflicts concerning self-esteem following the rejection of the Biological Laws of Nature)
1992: Study period in Burgau (Center for New Medicine, Austria)
1994: Present at the verification in Celle (Germany)
1995: International conference in Lindau. Dr. Hamer gave a general lecture. Tonia gave a lecture on intrauterine conflicts (conflicts experienced by an unborn child in the womb)
1996: Seminar near Koblenz. Tonia gave a lecture on skin problems in children.

2002: Private visit to Dr. Hamer in Spain

Specialization: Pregnancy within Germanische Heilkunde
Tonia became a specialist in pregnancy and early development within Germanische Heilkunde. She has five children of her own.
